[] MY MENTAL HEALTH: -

• Anxiety

• Depression

• PTSD

• Anorexia

• Bulimia

• OCD

• A number of these could also tie in to having ADHD (which I will discuss with a therapist soon)

[] THE FUTURE OF JAIMIE'S MAD MIND: -

• Live Q&A Sessions on Facebook • Share with you my mental health management processes & techniques • Give you encouragement to deal with your mental health conditions head on • Review any wellbeing related products or services that you suggest • Give you a platform to share your experiences with Mental Health • I will take you on days out to clear our heads of the cobwebs • And who knows what the future holds? But we will certainly see...

REMEMBER - Our anxiety has no rationality and will just pop its head up out of nowhere and right us off for the day, however, if you learn how to manage your anxiety it gets so much easier in the long run, and you might find that it subsides for longer periods of time. If you found my content helpful, make sure you SUBSCRIBE so you don't miss out on my future videos.

[] POP BY TO KEEP UP TO DATE: -

DISCLAIMER - I am not a medical professional and I don't have all of the answers, I am speaking from experiences in my own life that I have overcome and how I managed to do that. If you ever feel concerned for your physical or mental health, please speak to your GP.

** When your anxiety hits, try and remain rational and let that take control of your anxiety. Slow, deep breathes will calm your heart rate and reduce the fight or flight reflex that has created the anxiety, slowly the anxiety will ease and become more controllable - be patient and keep practicing! You will master it, if you persist **
